A natural body care brand based in Pecatu is looking for PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) to support its manufacturing process for natural body care & cosmetic products.
Responsibilities:
Production Planning:
- Develop and implement effective production plans to meet the production schedule and customer/shop demand.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure production targets are met.- Monitor production processes.
Inventory Control:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Demand Forecasting:- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast future demand for F&B products.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and related teams to adjust production plans.
- Anticipate and plan for seasonal fluctuations in demand.
Supplier Coordination:
- Evaluate supplier performance.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of raw materials- Communicate production schedules and changes to suppliers to manage the supply chain effectively
Qualifications:- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field, especially on Teknik Kimia, Accounting or Business Management.
Proven experience in PPIC roles for related products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using relevant software for production planning and inventory control.- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Trial period contract
