Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Store Assistant at Kacaruma located in Tangerang, with flexibility for remote work. As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding products, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, and handling monetary transactions. You will also be responsible for restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked. Additionally, you will collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and support the overall operations of the store.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or retail role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial:
- Knowledge of product inventory and merchandising techniques
- Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially English and local languages
- Strong problem-solving skills
