As a Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in the initial consultation process regarding technical needs and ensuring that the proposed solutions meet client requirements. You will collaborate with the sales team and the entire technical division to deliver presentations of survey results and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales process.
- Identify client needs and explain how the company's products or services can meet those needs.
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss their needs and challenges.
- Assist in training the sales team on services and technical solutions.
