We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Predictive Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial to maintaining the reliability, performance, and availability of our electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine Predictive Maintenance (PDM) measurement and analysis for key sites.
- Develop and implement Proactive Maintenance Programs (PM and CM).
- Perform Equipment Criticality Analysis, FMEA, and create maintenance strategies for electrical systems.
- Develop strategies for spare part inventory and availability to ensure operational efficiency.
- Review TORs and conduct Bidder Technical Evaluations for asset services and purchase requests.
- Perform predictive maintenance for assets, troubleshoot issues, and develop Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Achieve Level 3 Operational Excellence and implementation of SIPs.
Requirements :
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
- 35 years of relevant work experience in predictive or preventive maintenance roles, preferably in industries involving turbines, generators, and transformers.
- Proven experience working with maintenance and diagnostic tools/software such as ETAP, VISIO, or similar platforms.
