Process Development Packaging

Requirements :

1. Diploma, B.S. or B.E. degree in Engineering (preferably Material Engineering or Chemical Engineering) and Chemistry, or equivalency education with demonstrated working experience.
2. Minimum of 1 years experience within the specific technology area, especially in FMCG (liquid home care and personal care product).
3. Good knowledge of Packaging Development or R&D packaging (bottle, flexible box) & Filling-Packing Technology/ Equipment, associated with an FMCG company.
4. Knowledge and experience in Quality in Innovation for Manufacturing including statistical analysis and process control, supplier assessment and capabilities, risk assessments (including the safety aspect) for packaging materials/ raw materials and validation of in-house and co-making operations.
5. Able to prepare machines/process stream specifications and machinery project management networks.
6. Good understanding on basic packaging knowledge/technology/design
7. Good communication and presentation skill both in Bahasa and English, as well as able to demonstrate good leadership skill at work.
