Design and set up a Logistic operation process focusing on Warehouse Dry
Coordinate with internal Operational and cross functional teams such as Product, Business Development, Marketing, and external parties on project and process flow operational improvement deliverables
Working closely with all Warehouses teams all around the JABODETABEK area
Ensure Operation on field excellence (directly on field)
Ensure all Operations understand all processes and SOP correctly be followed on field (inspection process)
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Statistic, and Math are strongly preferred
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in logistics
Have strong analytical skills and always strive to find the solution.
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with ambiguous environment
Have creative thinking as we prefer long-term and sustainable solutions rather than short-term firefighting solutions.
Highly willingness to learn and quickly adapt in a face paced environment.
Have great attention to detail, are able to identify bottlenecks.
Willing to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite Applications
