Monitor e2e business process improvement initiatives with targeted results.
You will proactively analyze fundamental problems in Operational and fulfillment based on North Start Metric rate that mainly come from Operational on the ground side and think strategically about the long-term solution and execute it by working together with other stakeholders.
Coordinates with various business units & Vertical Operations to Initiate Projects/tasks.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best possible results, develop, test, and refine business processes/practices.
Execute roadmap for Operational improvement needed to ensure progress in processes.
All Improvements you will process must be aligned and reflect Astro's customer value in clear, measurable progress.
