We've been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in Southeast Asia 2,5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. Responsibilities

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Process Improvement Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing gaps in operational metrics, diagnosing root causes, and designing practical solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is crucial to driving and delivering these solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing and monitoring these solutions while maintaining operational metrics through establishing monitoring dashboards and regular cadence.

Identify and analyze gaps in operational metrics to enhance organizational efficiency.
Diagnose root causes of gaps, focusing on both people and process design.
Designed and proposed comprehensive solutions, incorporating new tools, features, standard operating procedures (SOP), automation, and manpower training as necessary.
Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, including Data, Product, Engineering, and Compliance, to drive and deliver effective solutions.
Implement solutions and closely monitor metrics to ensure sustained improvements.
Establish monitoring dashboards and a regular cadence to maintain and optimize operational metrics proactively.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with up to 2 years of related working experience in consulting, banking, or tech startups. Preference for candidates with exposure to tech and operations projects.
Excellent command of both English and Bahasa.
Demonstrated drive and motivation to explore and acquire new skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Highly proficient in using MS Excel; proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau is preferable.
