Job Description
Procurement and Sourcing Specialist has responsibility to handle procurement administration and to enhance sourcing strategies, include maintain an updated list of inventories, contract management, and ensure that cost remain within budget. The other important thing is to ensure we get the best supplier in term of quality, delivery, and working capital.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them.
- Generating quote comparison and contributing to internal supplier selection.
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing, quantity, and delivery schedule with suppliers.
- Ensure the products and supplies are high quality.
- Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing, also other important data.
- Review and analyze all existing vendors/ suppliers, supply, and price option.
- Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company.
- Working with legal counsel for Contract Management.
- Maintain and update list suppliers and their qualification, delivery times, and potential future development
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related major
- Minimum 2 years in-job related experiences
- Resident in Pasuruan or around East Java Area
- Have good knowledge and experiences about sourcing process
- Have good ability to deal with both of potential local & international suppliers
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Have good negotiation skill
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel and Enterprise Resources Planning
- Good communication skills both in English & Bahasa
