1-4 years experience in procurement, especially in Civil Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Fluent in English- Strong ability to develop and maintain vendor/supplier relationships.
Proficient in analyzing quotations and managing cost estimates for construction/renovation projects.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, including PO creation, order follow-ups, and supplier performance evaluation.
Skilled in SKU-level negotiation and cost negotiation with suppliers.- Experience in managing vendor onboarding, data management, and supporting Accounts Payables with invoice resolution.
Ability to prepare and explain detailed reports, including cost analysis and project results.
Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
