Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Procurement Engineer at PT. Magma Inti Abadi.
The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for:
- Developing market estimates for projects under tendering
- Understanding the techno-commercial sourcing requirements before engaging with suppliers
- Handling the process from inquiry to purchase order / subcontract including technical and commercial clarifications
- Expediting for material fabrication / subcontractor mobilization with subsequent logistics coordination
- Invoice verification prior to accounts payable including assessment of progress and commercial settlement
Qualifications
- Minimum S1 from engineering, business administration or economics background
- 2 to 5 years of sourcing or expediting experience (excluding internships) in projects or industrial environment
- Proficient in written and oral communication in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel and Power Point)
- Understanding of market trends, Indonesian business environment and trade terms
