Procurement Intern

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final year student from Industrial Engineering, Management, or any related major
• Familiar with procurement process
• Familiar with Ms Office
• Ability to manage task & time for personal & team
• Excellence verbal & non-verbal communication skills
• Good teamwork and detail oriented

Job Descriptions

• Create Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO)
• Organizing and maintaining documents related to procurement processes (PR, PO, Approval etc)
• Sourcing supplier and giving recommendation to procurement managers
• Keeping tracks of the procurement process and report the progress to superior
