Develop and implement procurement strategies for non-trade goods and services (e.g., office supplies, IT equipment, marketing services, facilities management, professional services)
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in non-trade procurement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with company objectives
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, service, and reliability
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible value for the company
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier risks to ensure compliance with agreements and company standards
Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for non-trade items, including requisition approval, purchase order creation, and goods/services receipt
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
Manage and maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation
Track and report on procurement expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on non-trade items in a retail or similar industry. Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
