Procurement Supervisor located in Bali with the details:
Role Objectives
The procurement Supervisor will directly report to the Procurement Manager. Responsible for managing the procurement and purchase of goods and services, and overseeing the supply chain process. Being a pivotal team member, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to craft procurement solutions that strike the perfect balance between cost-effectiveness and unwavering quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience, especially in the F&B or Hospitality field
- Bachelor's degree from a related major
- Experienced in Project or engineering material is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and VHP or purchasing software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work in dynamic
- Having a full range of vendor listings is a plus point
- Highly integrity, Agile, Diligent, Fast learner, and Positive Attitude
- Willing to be placed in Bali
Responsibilities
- Processing and reviewing incoming PR to PO to purchase equipment, services, and supplies
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures
- Reviewing, comparing, and analyzing, products and services to be purchased
- Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
- Maintaining and updating supplier information with users and vendors, such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports
