Job Description:
Research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
Write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysis
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features
Leadership ability to manage a team of analysts
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst or product manager or programmer in a startup environment
Solid technical background (SQL is a must) with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
Extremely strong communication skills and comfortable to communicate in English
Strong intuition for user behavior
Ability to develop product and marketing strategies
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
