Kick Avenue is looking for a Product Associate to join our Product Team
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in product management, product development, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Must be available to work on-site at our Jakarta office
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and strategy.
- Assist in gathering detailed product requirements from stakeholders and ensuring their feedback is documented and communicated to the product manager.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of product features.
- Ensure all product features meet QA standards and timelines by developing and executing manual test cases and performing weekly regression testing to identify defects and guarantee quality before release.
- Assist and monitor the deployment of new features to ensure smooth and successful releases.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives. Help remove obstacles and ensure the team adheres to best practices for efficient and effective workflow.
