This position will have responsibilities to manage and develop meat processing products within the Company's portfolio. This position is also responsible for increasing sales and profitability, enhancing brand awareness, and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs and expectations of consumers.
Strategic Planning
- Set performance targets for sales, A&P expenditure, and DPC Margin ratios based on market analysis and company objectives.
- Develop marketing plans that include strategies and tactics to achieve those targets.
Marketing Plan Execution
- Execute and monitor marketing campaigns to generate market demand and ensure alignment with the established marketing plan.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Factory, R&D, HCB, and Purchasing teams.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, coordinate activities, and resolve work-related challenges.
Brand Management
- Drive initiatives to enhance brand equity through targeted marketing activities, such as increasing awareness, consumption frequency, and brand image.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and growth opportunities for the managed product categories.
- Utilize research data to make data-driven decisions, refine marketing strategies, and capitalize on market opportunities.
Budget Management
- Manage the A&P budget for product categories and ensure its optimal and efficient use.
- Monitor budget expenditures and provide regular reports on budget management.
