What You Will Do
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Gather and translate high-level requirements and use cases into detailed process flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Collaborate with the product management and research team to balance customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities also seek a deep appreciation of our problem or goals through usability tests
- Help implement design tools and processes to speed up and simplify workflow
- Help maintain design standards for the team and assess quality of junior designers work
- Run design critiques and reviews to share your expertise with other designers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or any related field
- 6 years of working experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Ability to remove friction and drive collaboration
- Excellent team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia's education
