Requirements
At least a bachelor's degree in industrial design, product design, visual communication design, fine arts, or relevant discipline
Minimum three-year experience as UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar roles
Expert in the design process, UI/UX principles, Gestalt principles, and Heuristic Usability
Utilize research & analytics data, and apply design principles, brand principles, or other objective information to support decisions in product design
Deep understanding of the connection between research, ideating, and wireframing through the design process
The ability to use software and technology to create and develop products, prototypes, and product mockups
Knowledge of technologies, behavior, and experience designing for multiple device types and contexts (e.g., iOS, Android, Web)
Foster a strong design culture by collaborating with colleagues and with members of multidisciplinary project teams
Advocating user-centric design and principles results in a great customer experience
Responsible for supervising the work of junior designers
Adaptive, self-educating, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
