About the Role
As a Product Development & Operation Control Manager in our F&B business (Chatime, Gindaco, Cupbop, Go Go Curry) you will responsible for creating product development plans through research and development on flavors and appearances that are well-received by the market to ensure that marketed products align with the company's sales goals and targets.
What will you be doing
- Conducting in-depth research on emerging food and beverage trends and consumer preferences to provide business development recommendations or new brand propositions and develop innovative menu variants.
- Monitoring and actively participating in food product testing while maintaining attention to quality, processing, hygiene, and food/beverage elements such as taste, color, consistency, and appearance to recommend them as creative and marketable products.
- Ensuring the readiness of market survey reports and recommendations for new food products to be presented to superiors in making informed decisions.
- Coordinating with internal departments (stores, marketing, procurement, etc.) and external company stakeholders (vendors) to ensure smooth new product launches.
- Monitoring the implementation of procedures (including new product launches) conducted in stores to align with company standards.
- Conducting evaluations and preparing improvement plans or quality enhancements for stores through coordination with the Store Operations department to ensure the achievement of targets and optimal human resource quality.
What do we look for
- Bachelor of Science in Food Technology or Culinary Management
- Have at least 5 years of experience as Manager in a similar position (in an F&B company)
- Willingness to work in West Jakarta
- Have knowledge and skills in the following areas: beverage processing techniques, FnB raw materials, food tool and machine skills, safety, hygiene, and sanitation, and project management skills.
