Requirements :

• A graduate of Bachelor/Master's Degree in all major (preferably in technical / business major).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development / project management (preferably in consumer goods / beauty industry / start-up).
• Passionate in beauty & wellness market.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated innovation within time and budget constraints.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive mindset for creative ideas and solutions.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Able to adapt with high dynamic working environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools.

Job Description :

• Lead end-to-end product development projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensuring Projects to stick to timelines, plans, and objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (RND, Packaging, Brand) and with external partners to ensure timely executive of product ideas.
• Continuously update and evaluate product and design to sharpen product portofolio.
• Create product narrative based on formulation design and concept.
• Ensure product quality to meet high standard.
