Understand international markets quality standards and establish critical control points (CCPs) to ensure compliance.
Set critical limits for each CCP and determine testing/inspection procedures that align with established quality standards.
Conduct first-shipment inspections for all new products to confirm adherence to quality specifications.
Execute random inspections of regular shipments to maintain consistency in quality across production runs.
Develop and implement systems to document quality control results, including inspections, test outcomes, and non-conformities.
Establish procedures to capture and report customer feedback and quality complaints accurately.
Promptly investigate and resolve quality-related incidents and complaints, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Continuously evaluate and enhance quality control processes to drive efficiency and ensure the highest product standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE).
Experience in consumer goods, food production, or manufacturing environments.
Minimum 5 years in quality control, preferably within product development or a production environment. Experience with CCPs and inspection protocols is highly desirable.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards specific to international markets
