Product Research: Analyzing product performance, create strategic concept for product development and innovation (formulation, packaging) through in-depth research, create product guidelines and budget, determine the discontinuation of product
Product Prototype: Making product prototype and sample in coordination with external parties, monitor internal test, evaluate the finalization of product prototype, create COGS and selling price, ensure products meet cosmetic regulations, manage product pipeline timeline
Product Launching: Monitor production (trial phase), create activation plan for product launching (product knowledge, media partner/KOL) with cross divisions, conduct product evaluation and modification (if any), ensure product availability for launching and restock demand
Requirements
Bachelor degree in pharmacy is preferred (has STR)
Minimum 2-3 years of cosmetics product development experience
Proficiency in market analysis and strategic concept creation
MUA and beauty enthusiast, up to date with the latest trends in beauty
Experienced in coordinating prototyping, testing, and cost analysis
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in cosmetics (BPOM regulation)
Proven ability to oversee product launches and post-launch evaluation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
