The incumbent will responsible to manage product assignment from development, testing and implementation of new products, services and product features that will support our ability to attract and retain customers and support our sales competitiveness.
What you will do
- Organized, managed, and ensure product idea, request, and product communication to Sales team.
- Monitor and ensure product set up and all marcom channels distributing promo communication both external and internal.
- Maintain product evaluation by identifying both achievements and pain points of all sales performance from all products.
- The Game Changer for processes, approaches, and design of responsible product to achieve and over-deliver on targets.
- High Level Product Management by identifying product approval proposal with strategy team, lead as successor in product committee meeting or internal product meeting with business users, and identify further improvement on IT product set up, develop and manage team members.
What you will need to have
- At least 3 years working experience in product planning, pricing and forecasting products and sales campaigns within financing or banking industry.
- Preferably has product knowledge around Lending product and product QA testing.
- Ability to analyse and report/communicate results together with root cause analysis and development of enhancements/corrective actions,
- Experienced and exposed with planning, pricing and forecasting products and sales campaigns and analysis of effectiveness/ROI for campaigns,
- Good presentation and communication skill in English both written and verbal,
- A Self-driven to get sourced and find opportunities and customer oriented,
- Comfortable to work in agile, dynamic, and high demand environment.
- Familiar with SQL and any other data analysis tools will be an advantage.
