Job Description
As a Product Manager, you'll lead the creation and enhancement of talent solutions platform at Talentics. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll shape product strategies, manage roadmaps, and deliver features that meet the evolving needs of our clients in recruitment, assessment, and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Translate client needs into impactful product features
- Prioritize product roadmaps to drive maximum value
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business & marketing teams
- Monitor and analyze product performance, driving continuous improvement
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or related industries
- Major in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, assessment tools, and talent development strategies
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, and experience with product management tools such as JIRA. Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is advantageous
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to understand user needs and translate them into valuable product features
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
