We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead our eCommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
eCommerce product development, a proven track record of
driving growth, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our customer experience and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our eCommerce platform, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating product updates, challenges, and opportunities to ensure buy-in and alignment.
- Utilize analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions, iterate on features, and optimize the user experience.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically in eCommerce or related industries.
- Proven track record of driving product growth and user engagement through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, tools, and technologies, as well as agile development methodologies.
- Experience with A/B testing, user experience (UX) design, and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing).
- Understanding of user research methodologies and customer feedback loops
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
