Responsible to develop and recommend creative marketing strategies to achieve sales target of assigned products within the framework of Business objectives, also monitor competitive product.
Cooperate with Marketing Lead to develop effective data in the Indonesia office to understand customer needs, market size, market growth and competitive share position, initiate market research project if needed such as customer satisfaction survey, market potential of new products, including for new product planning & pricing.
Regularly communicate core product messages to sales team, ensure that marketing program are effectively implemented in the field by sales team.
Keep in contact and build relationships with key opinion leader to get support and build company image.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in science or healthcare related
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing within pharmaceutical industry.
Strong Business acumen complimented by strategic thinking skills
Genuine passion and enthusiasm for sales and the health market
Good understanding of financial reports / budgets / sales forecasts
Professional verbal and written communication skills
