Develop and own the product roadmap for the MySF app, aligning it with Smartfrens overall business objectives and customer needs.
Define and prioritize product features, improvements, and updates, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Customer Acquisition & Engagement:
Drive user acquisition strategies, optimizing the onboarding experience for new customers and ensuring smooth account setup.
Design in-app engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs, notifications, and personalized offers to increase customer usage and satisfaction.
Feature Development & Enhancement:
Lead the end-to-end development of app features such as top-up processes, international customer onboarding, and loyalty incentives.
Gather and prioritize requirements from users, analyze market trends, and ensure feature designs are customer-centric and aligned with the MySF apps goals.
Data-Driven Product Optimization:
Analyze app metrics, user behavior, and market trends to make informed decisions on product improvements
