Responsibilities
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Marketing Manager. The Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, conduct market research, collaborate with the sales team, and manage the product lifecycle. The Product Marketing Manager will work primarily from our office in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with roles and responsibilities as follows:
Marketing
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals. This could include product positioning, target audience definition, and marketing channel selection.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, and traditional advertising. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Managing Partnership (Agreement, Competency Requirements, and Letter of Support)
- Impactful presentation skills for internal reporting and conducting business reviews stakeholders - Processing Customer POs (PCC, FPPBJ, and RFI) - Internal and External Events (related to the support provided) - Support Sales and Fincon in monitoring the Project Budget.
Pricing
- Competitive Pricing Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of competitors pricing strategies to position the company's products effectively in the market.
- Profitability Analysis: Evaluate product costs, market demand, and pricing models to determine optimal pricing structures that maximize profitability.
- Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with product management and finance teams to develop pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
- Price Optimization: Regularly review and adjust pricing based on market changes, customer feedback, and product performance. Implement dynamic pricing strategies when applicable.
- Value Communication: Communicate the value proposition of products/services to customers through pricing strategies. Demonstrate the benefits and differentiation that justify the pricing.
- Promotions and Discounts: Plan and implement promotional pricing strategies, discounts, and special offers to drive sales and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing and management
- Experience in the technology and telecommunications industry preferred
