1. Coordinate with R&D and plants related to launching new products, evaluating existing products, handling complaints about products that are their responsibility.
2. Conduct product knowledge training for internal and external.
3. Create a marketing plan and promotional program for the products under his responsibility.
4. Create & monitor sales tools and marketing tools, COGS and price list of group products
5. Monitor the market and competitor movements, product availability and dead moving stock
Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (experience handling B2B or B2C in material building companies is a plus)
Open for fresh graduate (being active in organizations or having internship experience in the marketing area is a plus)
Having a valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to work mobile
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Good communication and public speaking skills.
Proficient in the English
Able to operate MS.Office (preferably Excel and PowerPoint)
