Role DescriptionAs a Product Specialist (Marketing), you will play a pivotal role in the success of our products by understanding, developing and conducting strategic marketing plans that drive awareness, demand, and adoption. Your role will encompass leading the design and development of innovative products that align with user needs and business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, R&D, sales, and marketing, will be essential to effectively position our offerings in the market and foster customer engagement.
Formulate and execute product marketing strategies and plans that are in line with overarching business objectives and product targets.
- Utilize market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify target markets, buyer personas, and key value propositions.
Create persuasive key talking points, positioning statements, and differentiation strategies that resonate with target audiences.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and collateral such as product datasheets, presentations, case studies, and website content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing and engaging marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and social media content by creating the outline and visual purpose to reach.
- Lead the planning and supervise the execution of product launch activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing launch timelines, and executing go-to-market strategies.
Assist sales teams by providing product training decks, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing presentations.- Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure adherence to legal requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including BPOM, HALAL for packaging design.
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
