Maintain digital and physical files of the company.
- Organize and provide documents, reports, and information on the company product.
Make monthly package of Umrah for Marketing and Sales need.- Make package quotation as requested by the customer
Communicate with the customers for the requested package.
- Provide updated hotel and transportation prices for the company.
Make bookings for hotels, transportation, visas, or other products needed by the customer.
Minimum 2 years experience as Product Officer in Tour & Travel industry (Umrah & Hajj Travel).- Able to make products of Umrah & Hajj.
Hard worker person.
- Able to work shifting or in urgent cases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Able to write and speak in English and or Arabic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Enthusiasm and motivation to learn and grow.
