The role
We are in search of a Product Owner to become a part of our team. Key responsibilities
Maintain the product backlog with well defined epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
Work very closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of the product requirements
Work with stakeholders across the business and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front and backend developers,designers, and quality assurance, to deliver a high-quality product.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and new trends to improve our customer experiences.
Continuously monitor product performance, key metrics, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
Facilitating the team through agile ceremonies and support, to deliver on the product strategy and vision.
Define clear requirements for initiatives, epics and user stories
Carry out user acceptance testing and working with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements have been met and are in line with expectations, seeing the product features through to delivery
Be the customer advocate, understanding the customer needs
Picking up and driving a variety of initiatives and tasks that will enable product growth
Requirements
Must have experience working in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master role.
Experience in defining product and business requirements in the context of software and technical development
Previous online gaming experience (sports betting) required
Strong analytical and product management skills
Goal-oriented individuals with a strong focus on completing tasks and producing high quality results within a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude with a passion for innovating, learning and sharing knowledge.
Good communication skills fluent in English with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Power-user of Jira and other product development related tools is a plus
Able to break down complex topics effectively and articulate data insights into actions.
