YOUR MISSION As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product releases.
Essential Functions:- Manage the (release) backlog
_Clarify requirements with key stakeholders, document user stories, set priorities, and plan sprints._
- Oversee the implementation progress
_Support the teams to ensure both time & quality objectives are met (Troubleshooting, priorities management, testing...)_
- Ensure deliverables meet the company quality standards
_Conduct functional reviews before changes are delivered to users and help build the engineering culture._
As you get a better understanding of the product & the vision driving its development, you will gradually take a key role in the global backlog management and weigh in early on requirements to ensure they fit in the global picture.
The most successful candidates for this role will have:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner or equivalent positions.
The ideal candidate has significant experience as a Product Owner working on tech products developed in quick implementation cycles.
- Signs of open mindedness and willingness of venturing off the beaten track is a plus.
Excels in understanding business requirements, turn them into executable development plans that technical teams fully endorse and follow up through the execution.- Good command of English (oral and written).
UX UI sensibility appreciated.
- Technical background is a big plus but not mandatory.
