Division: Weir ESCO
Location: Weir Building, 2nd Floor, Jl. Mulawarman No. 20 RT 20, Manggar, Balikpapan
Purpose of Role:
Provides technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Responds to customer questions regarding operation and product issues. Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relations: Interfaces with customers and company resources in support of Capital products; including external fabrication partners; Recommends GET initial install procedure to companys standard; Visits customer sites in support of outside sales; This requirement may involve international travel; Act as a liaison between quality assurance and customer-facing teams to address customer feedback, complaints, and concerns; Strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance satisfaction levels.
GET Knowledge: Working with product management, develops, maintains, and improves GET performance through TCO; Participates in Corrective Action Request and Evaluation processes and assists with determining root causes and resolution of issues; preventive actions to mitigate recurrence and improve overall GET quality performance; Communicates customer expectations and requirements to all internal resources; Participates with Area Managers to manage and accompany customer site trials.
Welding procedures: Establish and maintain quality standards, protocols, and procedures in alignment with industry regulations and company objectives; Provide training and support to customers on welding procedures on capital and GET systems;

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
A degree in Mechanical engineering is advantageous or Technical Polytechnic.
5+ experience in workshop and field repair and fabrication.
7+ years of job-related experience.
Knowledge of Mining or Aggregate industry, Possesses knowledge of in Mining, hard rock and sand & aggregates.
