We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Product Specialist to join our team and support the growth of medical aesthetic equipment sales in Jakarta, Indonesia. Based in Jakarta and reporting to the Sales Manager, the Product Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, preferably in the medical or aesthetic field, and is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of medical aesthetic equipment by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and actively manage the sales funnel to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, and hospitals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any client inquiries, issues, or concerns.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of medical aesthetic equipment.
- Work closely with marketing to provide in-depth technical information and address customer questions during product evaluations.
- Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the medical aesthetics industry.
- Provide insights and feedback to the Sales Manager regarding potential growth areas and product positioning.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's products and generate leads.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including updates on the sales pipeline, forecasts, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams (such as marketing) to develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, aesthetic equipment, or healthcare products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, or healthcare professionals is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
- Based in Jakarta, with travel as required across the country.
