Product Specialist (Power Transmission)

Job Description:

• Design & carry out marketing strategy planning in developing the Products in Market
• Collaborate with the sales team in making strategies to achieve sales target
• Analyzing product prices, negotiating prices with Principles and Customers, and formulating product selling prices
• Oversee brand equity of all products in the company
• Analyzing gap analysis of brand sales performance
• Monitoring the process of launching and improving new products
• Recommend new product ideas according to market needs, manage stock levels, and formulate added selling value for product
• Conduct surveys and analyze industrial needs in potential location
• Carrying out promotional collaboration with external parties

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other related field
• The candidate must have at least 4 years of experiences in product management or project management in collaboration with Sales & Principle team .
• Familiar with OEM/EPC company customers in the material handling field
• Experiences in handling Power Transmission, preferrably from Marine & Engines Industry
• Experiences in Marketing Strategies & implementation
• Experiences to train Sales & User on how to use the products
• Excellent Leadership & Communication Skill
• Placement in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta
