Product Specifier

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Professionally present products to various parties such as architectural firms, developers, business owners, contractors, and end-users.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms, developers, business owners, contractors, and end-users.

3. Seek and gather information related to projects currently undertaken by architectural firms.

4. Collect and process data and information acquired during field visits into a database and complete project follow-up forms.

5. Prepare periodic work reports.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in various fields, with a preference for those with backgrounds in Architecture and Interior Design.
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience, especially in the role of Project Specifier or project sales, is preferred.
3. Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, discipline, and a sense of responsibility in task execution.
6. Must have a personal vehicle for work mobility.
