Job Description
- Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory in the ERP system, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient workflows.
- MSDS Management: Maintain and regularly review Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Develop and maintain corporate regulatory standards to ensure alignment with all relevant laws, regulations, and directives
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed on regulatory changes and advise the company on necessary adjustments to our portfolio or product pipeline.
- Risk Management: Design and execute risk management strategies, identifying potential risks, evaluating consequences, and proposing solutions to address business needs effectively
Kualifikasi
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma/Associate Degree in Related Field.
- Proven experience in maintaining MSDS and handling chemicals.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management using ERP systems.
- Certification in Petugas K3 Kimia (Chemical Safety Officer).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive communication.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to be based at our Cikarang plant.
