PT Kobelindo Compressors is a sole distributor for Kobelco Screw Air Compressor in Indonesia including service and parts. It was founded in 2001 as a joint-venture company between Kobelco Machinery Asia & PT. Cakrawala Ardera Kencana (CAK).

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Product Support Engineers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets and develop their skills.
- Understand and stay current with our products and solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions to meet those needs.
- Oversee the pre-sales process, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales, working with the customer and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market insights.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to help develop and refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and opportunities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical sales, including experience as a Sales / Product Support Engineer or a related role.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and solutions.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales / product support targets.
