Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Support Analyst at REIWA Indonesia in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Product Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support for products and applications, analyzing customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering excellent customer support on a daily basis. Daily reporting analysis, support for campaign coverage and product launches, Market mapping and campaign recap.

- Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data analysis
- Ability to ensure team Satisfaction through effective support
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of home electronics or consumer products is a plus
- Have experience using Power BI
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
