Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of what is needed.
Work alongside product managers and technical teams to design system architecture that meets the product goals.
Analyze data from system usage to inform improvements and understand user behavior.
Oversee testing and validation of product features to ensure they meet requirements and quality standards.
Analyze, reproduce & validate if any bugs occur.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of systems, changes, and strategies for both technical teams and stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact for product-related queries and communicate system changes or updates to all relevant parties.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology & Engineering related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Business Analyst/IT System Analyst in Ecommerce, Retail, Startup
