Job Description:
We Are Looking For A Creative And Detail-oriented Production Assistant To Join Our Team And Play A Vital Role In The Development And Production Of High-quality Curriculum And Learning Materials. You Will Assist With Various Tasks Throughout The Content Creation Lifecycle, From Quality Control To Inspiring And Supporting The Development Of Engaging Content.
Quality Assurance (QA):
Meticulously Review Curriculum, Content Writing, And Multimedia Elements (camera Cinematography And Editing) For Accuracy, Consistency, And Adherence To Style Guides.
Identify And Report Any Errors Or Inconsistencies.Content Development Support:
Assist With Research And Content Gathering For Curriculum And Learning Materials.
Collaborate With Instructional Designers, Content Writers, And Multimedia Specialists To Brainstorm Creative Ideas And Ensure A Cohesive Learning Experience.
Source Stock Footage Or Audio If Needed (depending On Your Company's Policy).Multimedia Production:
Assist With Camera Operation And Basic Editing Techniques (filming May Not Be Required Depending On The Role).
Work With Editors To Ensure The Final Multimedia Content Meets Quality Standards.
Learning Management System (LMS) Upload:
Upload And Package Completed Curriculum And Learning Materials Into The Company's LMS Platform According To Established Procedures.
Troubleshoot Any Technical Difficulties Encountered During The Upload Process.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., education, instructional design, media production).
Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
A passion for learning and creating engaging content.
