If you are someone with:

• Bachelor Degree or above from Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluency in English or Mandarin is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Honest, hard worker, deft, and highly responsible.
• Good team work, leadership skills, good analytical thinking and problem solving.
• People management skills.
• Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang

And you are ready to do:

• Lead production team members.
• Monitoring and maintain continuity of production process.
• Ensure quality input and output products.
• Do continuous improvement in production department.
• Create production report periodically.
• Ensure team member able to achieve production target on time.
