Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conducting Planning, organizing, and managing production operations and production budgets.
- Controlling daily production operations to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Controlling the production schedule team to achieve production targets.
- Conducting product planning and inventory control, shipment, and ensuring adequate supply to meet production needs.
- Conducting development of strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Identifying and resolving production quality issues promptly.
- Creating production reports and sending them to the Director.
- Ensuring workplace safety procedures comply with applicable regulations.
- Organizing and controlling the use of materials to reduce waste.
- Conducting product inspection at various stages of production.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.
- Conducting training and development for production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers and making sure there is a positive work environment.
- Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
- Collaborate with related departments to ensure good coordination in all production aspects.
Main Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in a Garment Company.
- Proven experience in Garment Production Management.
- Good leadership skills with experience in leading and managing teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve production problems.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments.
- The ability to work under pressure and maintain productivity in changing situations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Able to operate Microsoft Office very well.
- Willing to be placed at Badung, Bali
