Responsibilities
- Lead the PMC team to fulfill the annual KPI target, take part in the strategic thinking about the future business of BU and assist the top management to formulate and implement the annual goals;
- Interacted with customer supply chain or internal sales department, in charge of the full chain of order process include demand planning & capacity allocation & material purchasing & production planning & delivery fulfillment, and lead the cross-functional team work internally;
- Make the detailed schedule as monthly & weekly & daily production plan and material plan based on customer demand and facilities status, and followed up in the on-going stage;
- Set up the supply chain system according to the 4M1E methodology and identify risks in the supply chain and support the final decision of operation director or above level;
- Suppliers management, ensure the OTD of raw material in aligned by the suppliers capacity & delivery & risk as well as inventory in a reasonable level as always;
- Assist the team manager to brain out staff training and development planning, lead supply chain management-related project(such as PMTA, IT system upgrade and go-live, etc.) and ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or business administration is preferred;
- More than 8 years of PMC working experience in top enterprises with >=3 years of management level, familiar with the operation of manufacturing environment with experience of materials planning and production planning;
- Specialized in material management & capacity management & international trade & demand management & cost management and finance related;
- Strong capability on logical thinking and data analysis, familiar with ERP system and able to set up a supply chain system independently from the very beginning, VBA/Python is preferred;
- Leadership, programing and communication skills is required under a dynamic & cross-functional environment is required as well as lean operation system, strategic thinking and execution is preferred;
- Good command of English as working language.
