Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Operations Assistant Manager at Kaltech Sdn Bhd in Simpang Ampat. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for production planning, operations management, analytical skills, communication, and production management on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Resource Management: Coordinate production activities, and manage resources (including workforce and raw materials).

2. Workflow Optimization: Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

3. Quality Assurance: Monitor production to ensure output meets quality standards.

4. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve production issues promptly.

5. Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety precautions.

6. Reporting: Provide upper management with reports on key production metrics.

7. Leadership: Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
