Responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring that the entire production process runs according to established standards and policies for Department Bio-Chem Production such as Rhinomas, Myrcomas, etc
Job Description :
Prepare PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
Determine and propose production process plans and challenges to the Department Head
Propose purchase plans for the production process
Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly product target achievements
Ensure minimum stock availability
Coordinate and supervise the use of the production budget
Perform product QC (Quality Control)
Coordinate the inspection, maintenance, and calibration of equipment
Prepare monthly reports
Propose research for product development and improvement
Manage human resource utilization in the Production Process
Job requirements :
Minimum S2 from Biology.
Having experience 3-5 years in producing products related to microbes (e.g., biofertilizers)
Placement in Sentul
