Job ScopeOrganize the production department specialists, improve the auxiliary matters of the production department, supervise and control various management contents, and ensure the normal circulation of the production department
- Personnel training management
- Responsible for the tracking and confirmation of pre-job theoretical training, pre-job practical training and other training for new employees in the production department.
- Responsible for the issuance and recycling of production employee employment certificates, MES permission configuration and deletion, personnel file archiving management, etc.
- Statistical staff turnover rate
- Production supplies room management
- Responsible for the distribution and statistics of consumables and accessories in the production department
- Responsible for the procurement of consumables in the spare parts room of the production department and establishing safety inventory in the spare parts room.
- Workshop repair management
- Responsible for the confirmation of defective products in the workshop, repairs, material replacement, etc.
- Establish whether the skills of repair personnel are up to standard.
- Material clerk management
- Responsible for checking, loading, issuing and retrieving materials in the workshop
- Responsible for workshop warehousing, warehouse withdrawal, material return, etc.
Other ad-hoc task as per assigned by superior.
- Requirements:
1Diploma or degree holder
2At least 1-3 years working experience in manufacturing and management
- Experience in optical module and optical device industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed).

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
