Production Staff

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Staff at Primarasa Food Industri located in Kediri. The Production Staff will be responsible for tasks related to production planning, quality control, production management, training, and effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Mr., minimum D-3 or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology or a related field preferred
• Production Planning, Quality Control, and Production Management skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and follow guidelines
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Previous experience in a production environment is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
